- Service Description: Voycelink provides a bridge to add authorized agents from our communication system into Zoom meetings for enhanced collaboration and support.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for managing agent access and ensuring that participants added to meetings comply with your organization’s internal policies.
- Data Usage: Our integration only requests the minimum necessary permissions to facilitate the connection between Voycelink agents and Zoom sessions. We do not store meeting audio or video content on our servers.
- Limitations: Voycelink is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers or improper configuration of Zoom account permissions.
